About Antenatal Classes

At Bump and Bond we recognise that one-size doesn't fit all. That's why our antenatal classes are designed to provide education on all types of births, pain relief, feeding methods and baby care in a non-judgemental way. It's common to feel anxious when speaking about your preferences, however we're here to listen to YOU. Within the classes are opportunities to discuss your options with evidence based information and value for your choice.
